Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial with fair-use allowances. You are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Cancel any time from the Plan screen in the app. Cancellation is immediate: paid features switch off and no further payments are taken. Your library and reading progress stay in your account.

If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, we refund that charge in full, including where you have already used the service. After 14 days, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you will not be charged again.

Yearly plans cancelled within 14 days of renewal are refunded in full. After that we refund unused whole months at our discretion.

If the service was unavailable, narration failed repeatedly or you were billed in error, contact us and we will refund the affected period regardless of the windows above.

Email support@aethel.app from the address on your account with the date of the charge. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
